 fill in the prompts from the windows with the information they need, its pretty straight forward (timezone again, stuff like that)
At the end of it all, it will ask you to verify if everything is working fine - a test - type in
./install.pl -t
if it comes back with it being scessfull, everything is working fine.
type in
reboot
 and hit enter

note!
In order to stream tv and such from your mythtv backend server, you need to allow Network connections to the SQL database,  edit your
/etc/mysql/my.cnf file  and comment out theskip-networking line.
#
# The skip-networking option will no longer be set via debconf menu.
# You have to manually change it if you want networking i.e. the server
# listening on port 3306. The default is "disable" - for security reasons.
#skip-networking
 key_buffer              = 16M
max_allowed_packet      = 16M
thread_stack            = 128K

# Query Cache Configuration
as well, you will need to change a few settings on your backend, go to your backend computer and loadmythtv-setup (you should know this from setting up your capture cards), once in mythtv-setup go in to the general area, and change the 2 ip address lines to match your backends ip, so in my case i put in 192.168.1.110, keep hitting next, then finish, exit the backend setup and rebot your backend (or you can run /etc/init.d/mythtv-backend restart)
