the reason of no is because of the large size of games, it would take forever for it to stream the data for any game to the xbox realtime, as the game loads levels and such, it would have to hit your computers shares and retrive that data, thus slowing it down a lot...

Technically Yes, means that you could (if your good at programing in python) create a script that would download a game to your hd, and launch the XBE - the problem would be the cleanup of the files at the end, but hey, if you got that far, im sure you could figure something out ;)
